Watermelon Park River Adventure

When: June 22nd, from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Where: Berryville, VA 22611
Cost: $25
Details: Ashburn Rainbow has invited us to join them.  As it is World Rainforest Day, a water party along with a lesson about the rainforest and how they benefit us will be prior to the tubing experience.  Bring sunscreen, water, shoes that can get wet, plenty of fluids, no glass bottles, and no pets allowed.

Conclave 2025

Date: Sunday, July 24th-27th
Newport News Marriott at City Center, 740 Town Center Dr, Newport News, VA 23606
Details: 
Conclave will cost $225 per member/advisor for double occupancy.  That cost includes 3 nights in the Hotel(double occupancy), breakfast. lunch and dinner on Friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, the awards banquet on Saturday evening and a conclave t-shirt.  The State Association is heavily subsidizing the event and we have been very fortunate with vendors (especially the Hotel) in giving us deep discounts.  If you would prefer a single occupancy room, the cost of conclave will be $450.

Conclave registration will be open from May 12th thru June 16th.  Registration will be submitted as a group by the chapter.
